B2B Wholesale Pricing & Quotes
- All quoted rates are subject to order quantity, raw material costs, and delivery location. Quotes issued via WhatsApp/Email are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise.
Orders & Cancellations
- Once a bulk order is confirmed and dispatched from our Varanasi warehouse, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
Returns & Replacements
- Due to hygiene standards for disposable tableware, pooja samagri, and packaging items, we do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases.
- Defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof will be verified and replaced or credited on your next bulk invoice.
Tax & Invoicing
- Applicable GST will be added to all tax invoices. Business entities must provide a valid GSTIN during order finalization.
